Great wear and very comfortable.

I ordered contact lenses and paid additional funds to have them shipped overnight. A week later I have yet to receive them and when I reached out to them they told me I needed to contact the carrier because they had shipped them already. It should never be the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier. I called FedEx and they said they had not received the package yet and that I should reach out to the vendor. When I called them back and told them what FedEx said they told me I needed to wait another week to see if the shipment updated with FedEx and if not then they would refund my shipping charge up to $15 when I paid $24 to have them overnighted. So here I sit waiting still after 8 days with no contacts and a partial refund of my shipping charges. Very poor customer service. I had to order lenses from another company just so I had some. I will not use 1-800-GET-LENS again.

Placed order, my prescription was expired. Renewed prescription, sent with an email changing from 1 box to 2. No response, emailed again, no response, called said the order was already shipped with one box.

I ordered contacts, and then was called the next day to confirm my prescription. At that time I was told that I may not be able to get the brand that I purchased. And they offered to sell me a more expensive brand. I feel like it is the bait and switch.

In addition to a good price, they get 5 stars for service. I made an error doubling my order and the customer service team easily helped me fix it, even when the only time I found to order was late at night.

Perfect and they came in quickly.

5-7 business days and estimated arrival May 16-20?!… Is it being delivered by a mule from Nova Scotia?
