Web site efficient, but...After booking I noticed on itinerary a change of airport on a one-stop flight from NYC-JFK to ROME-FCO, via London. SHOULD HAVE BEEN EVIDENCED FRONT&CENTER. Called you and your operator-agent solved the problem so that I did not have to change airport to continue my trip, with addition fee of $ 10.00. I SUGGEST you make sure that such an important item as a change of airport on an itinerary IS WELL EVIDENCED IN THE OFFER.

I have had this trip planned for 4 months and I was looking for flights that would let me fly out on a Sunday night and they all were 75 to a 100 dollars more to fly on a weekend. I saved that and I got to fly the airline I wanted.. I had never heard of 1800FlyEurope .It came up as an advertisement in a tiny box on one of the pages I was on so I clicked! YAY for me!! I will let you know more after the trip...

I found the 1800FlyEurope site to be very user friendly. Since I did have the occasion to use the 1 800 number, I can say that customer service is terrific. We haven't taken our trip yet so I can't say anything about the actual trip experience. Hopefully all will go as well and easy as purchasing the tickets.

Although I did have a little mishap the first time I tried to book a flight; flyeurope, made it easy for me to rebook & get the flight I wanted at a price that beat other sites by nearly 100 bucks! First time flying international, and I'm pleased with how easy flyeurope made it for me too book my flight!

I requested a quote for airfare from NYC to Paris. I received a response the next day. The economy class quote was $200 over what I had found else where, but the response was great.
