Attention to detail! I ordered my contacts but mistakenly omitted the toric lens. When they reviewed my prescription and order, they caught the error. Instead of sending what I requested, they called to confirm, explaining that my prescription specified a toric lens. THANK YOU! Otherwise, I would have received the wrong prescription and lacked my contacts before leaving on vacation. 100 times satisfied!

The website is easy to navigate, which made the ordering process the same. They also had my contacts in stock that I couldn't get from my other provider.
