Pleasant experience
Although I was sent the incorrect contacts my first experience with 1-800 contacts was very pleasant. I received the order within a few days noticed it was the wrong prescription and used the online chat to contact them. The “real human” was very nice and had my correct contacts sent out immediately. I received them in two days along with a return label to send the original order back to them via USPS. Very easy!!
