Over all it was great. But just had some issues with my husbands prescription. Had to send it in three times before it was corrected. Everyone was very helpful in getting it done right though.

The people, I have talked to at 1800contacts, have been awesome! I find, about 5-7 contacts per box, are defective.

I placed an order on 3/18 with my contacts prescription uploaded to the site. On 3/19 they said they cannot process because my first name got cut off, but this was how the doctor's office printed out. They said it would take just a business day to verify and confirm with the doctor's office. On 3/25 I followed up. On 3/26 they asked for my doctor's number. WHAT HAPPENED TO JUST A BUSINESS DAY TO VERIFY??? WHY DIDN'T THEY ASK FOR THE NUMBER SOONER??? WHY WAITED UNTIL I FOLLOWED UP A WEEK LATER TO DO THEIR JOB??? I sent them my spectacle prescription and pointed out that the patient and doctor's information are IDENTICAL. On 3/30 they upgraded my shipping to 1-business day and shipped the product. On 4/1 I called UPS and they confirmed the package was lost. I emailed them on 4/1 AND 4/2. No response to date. They were quick to respond within 24 hours before the product was shipped. Looks like once they ship and have your money, they give zero f***s about you. 4/26/21 UPDATE: The supervisor reached out soon after my review. She did her best to make things right. She watched my case on a daily basis. I finally got my year's worth of contact lens supply. Thanks a lot, Mindy!
