easy ordering and helpful customer service with attaining my prescription from my optometrist. Even with a delivery snafu, they helped fix it immediately and my order appeared timely!

I was delivered my old contact prescription, I called customer service and the person I talked to was very polite. He checked my account and said yes I see the current prescription, apologized and corrected the error . He had my contacts delivered next day mail .

Would be a five star review (easy ordering, quick shipping, etc) but I found out my eye doctor could get my contacts 10% cheaper after I ordered with 1-800-contacts. I called back to see if they’d match the price but gave me a gajillion feet of red tape.
