They say they honor price matching but the agent I got price matched incorrectly and refused to help me further so I just bought them much cheaper from lens.com.

Just a suggestion.... But maybe don't change my order to something that i didn't order, and then proceed to accuse me that i didn't in fact order them, when i have a confirmation email showing that i did... and on top of that, refuse to correct the mistake. Furthermore, they then just tried to up-sell me on what i originally ordered but for a full year, AND tell me they'll now get here in 2 weeks. That's way too late. I ordered these a month ago so i could have them on vacation. Now i'm out of contacts, or stuck using these overpriced contacts i didn't order, because i know that they constantly rip. (I've worn contacts for 20+ years, and the ones they sent me are garbage). And now will have to wait 2-4 weeks for a refund, for items i didn't... purchase. There's no excuse for trying to make a customer feel like they did something wrong, when the mistake was made by the customer representative who completely changed my order without permissions. Just a suggestion. They are usually excellent on response, feedback, and swiftness of customer service, which i still quite admire. But there's no excuse for this lack of customer service. You can do better than this.

Customer service is abysmal. Stay away. I never had problems ordering contacts, but now their prescription verification system is unreliable. I uploaded a new prescription and they reached to my doctor. They claimed my doctor sent them an expired prescription as verification. I contacted my doctor who said she never received a verification request. I called customer service who was not able to assist me. I ended up cancelling my order since I spent an hour doing the work that customer service should be doing.

I ordered contacts on May 25. Two weeks later, still says "preparing to ship". I contacted customer service last week and they stated contacts were on back order but ASSURED me I would have them by June 8th. Come June 7 and site still says "preparing to ship" so I contacted customer service again and she tells me the center that they were trying to ship out of did not have enough stock so she would try to have them shipped from a different location and then after they were shipped it would be another 1-3 business days. Needless to say the first agent I spoke with lied and what they tell you cannot be trusted. I should have read the many negative reviews before I even ordered. Also nowhere on their site did I read that prices were in US. I sure found out when my credit card was charged with exchange rate. I cancelled my order and am awaiting a full refund. Will never order from here again and will be sure to tell others about my experience.

Ordered from them before, all okay. Placed order in cart, DID NOT confirm purchase and yesterday they called my daughter to place the order. She is NOT on the account and does not have permission to use the card on file. Now it will take about 2 weeks to get my $350 back to my credit card. Thank God I can dispute the charge if anything goes wrong. Will NEVER use their services again. Beware with info you provide them. Should be illegal if it's not... EDITED TO ADD... I read the response and hopefully, YES, you are in the process of rectifying the situation your company created. Stop pushing sales, focus on customer service, and none of us would be here reading this right now.

They have my money … I still don’t have my lenses. I’ve been promised delivery which wasn’t made. I’ve been promised follow up from 4 different people which hasn’t happened. Will NEVER use them again. Still don’t know when I will receive my order.

Ok here goes.... I am a private practitioner in Southern, NH, and I see many patients who do shop for their contacts on 1800Contacts. I see many bad reviews here as well as many as I hear in person with my patients. No, I am not the cheapest, but I am the most fair, honest, and reliable to my patients contact lens needs. With that said, When I receive a prescription verification, it is to validate a prescription as well as confirm that a patient is healthy enough to continue wearing lenses. I want to provide the proper information and give my patients the choice of where they shop. Here is my complaint... 1800Contacts verification process is inconsistent, unreliable, and potentially unsafe for patients cornea and eye health. Us providers who do wish to comply with the Fairness to Consumers Act cannot do so accurately. For those of you who do buy from this company, it is your risk and that is why you should rely on your eyecare professionals.

I decide to order from them they quote 1 thing online then I start communicating with someone ready to place my order I place my order then shortly after they cancel my order saying the quote is incorrect SCAM STAY AWAY
