For the most part the product is decent although sometimes I received a few ripped contacts in a pack. But the shipping is horrible. Each time I pick overnight or two day shipping in the app after purchasing it always defaults back to 5-7 days shipping so I never receive my contacts when I need them. Very frustrating. I don’t know if it’s a bug on their app or what not.

While their prices are pretty reasonable, their product quality is not. I have ordered contacts from them twice and both times I have had nothing but trouble with the contacts. The first time I actually had to order new contacts from another vendor. I'm not very impressed at this point in time.

Ordering and shipping is easy. Been using for years. But ordered a set that came with a $50 rebate card- jumped through tons of hoops to get the card and then the card really quickly expired and they wouldn’t reissue. That experience turned me off. I have them a chance to make it right and they offered me 10% off my next order. Thanks but no thanks. They lost me as a customer and I’m irritated enough over the whole process to leave this negative review.

Dependable company, gets the job done. Far too incredibly expensive. It’s literally crippling financially just to be able to see everyday. You pay for shopping and it doesn’t even come in the time frame.

I want to share that the process of ordering contacts using my VSP insurance through their website was quick and efficient. They billed my insurance and told me about the $105 I would get off my 270 order because of insurance. However several months later I found out through my insurance company (because I was investigating any remaining benefits) that they had billed my insurance $160 and I didn’t receive that surplus. When I wrote them I did receive the $55 difference. It bummed me out to wonder whether this is a pattern.
