We appreciate your feedback on our service. We understand your concern about the frequency of reminders. We are always working to refine our processes, and this feedback helps. If you are needing to change the cadence of marketing emails or texts, we can help you out with that in your account settings, to help with the frequency! Thank you again, for sharing that feedback!
