They had great customer service ….maybe because their contacts suck!!! Even though they hate in the right containers they have to be generic They rip tear etc just sitting on your eyeball Gave me an eye infection Stay away don’t order!

IF YOU DONT ASK FOR PRICE MATCH YOU WONT RECEIVE ONE. Ive been with 1800 contacts for many years and seems they just dont want to help the customers save money anymore ill take my business else where. Just got a bunch of double talk about prices. I think if they get a commission its more about that . They do have a good return policy but ill look around. LOSING MY BUSINESS !

Although they claim to offer free exchanges for changes in prescription, when I contacted them, they only give me a $30 credit for 12 sets of contacts and requested that I pay $260 to exchange the same amount!

I am an African American veteran that has purchased from 1800 contacts for years and always request military discount and it has never been a problem until I spoke with a customer service representative name lian. She was extremely rude. Repeatedly interrupted me when I tried to ask questions and then told me she was going to hang up the phone and that’s exactly what she did. She also was very racist when she verified my name which is of African descent. She deliberately mispronounced my name. This encounter has violated my trust of this company

Super expensive. Not at all worth the money. $45 for 1 pair! Will never order from here again

Ordering with them and using insurance is a nightmare - they're very disorganized and inconsistent with billing and will not rectify their mistakes or admit to making them in the first place. I used this service because they promised me a new customer discount and the use of my insurance, but were able to apply neither and I was charged to the point of overdraft in my account. I saved all of my receipts, invoices and chat transcripts to prove this but it doesn't matter - they know people are overworked and overtired and don't have time to make sure these mistakes are resolved so they scam you out of a couple hundred bucks at the expense of losing a customer for life.

First time customer, got the wrong prescription, may be my fault, maybe theirs. Called for an exchange and was charged a second time. Called to ask why, got an apology and told it would be 10 days for the money to go back into my account. Got a call saying they couldnt verify my prescription info, which was my fault, but when I got it figured out they charged me a third time for 1 box of contacts. Called again to ask why was given the ol "sorry oops, it will be back in your account in 10 business days". So now I am out over $500 for 10 days and rent is coming due.

I went to re-order contacts since they have sent me 7000 emails every single day saying that I need to re-order as soon as I push re-order they send me a message saying I can’t order but they are going to take my money and now I have to send in a renewed prescription for the same contacts that I have ordered 16 times from them without any hesitation but now that you have my money in your pocket, you demand something that I don’t have that is bad business you’re taking peoples money and being dishonest I hate your company now I’ve used it so many times and now I hate you
