Very bad shipping policy It is taking for than 2 wks to ship to Canada and after 2 wks your shipment will be held at customs for more delay!! And if you request for a refund you have to wait for it to arrive it it did and then send it back after paying for shipping then you must email the reciept to them for a refund. Other Contacts company I dealt with you get your order within 3 business days from USA without knowing about Custom issues, I have no idea how this company shipping genious method taking 2 wks to arrive if you are lucky . They shouldn't use (.ca) web address to confuse customers thatvthis company is in Canada that is misleading for customers.

I was comparing prices between the biofinity and biofinity energys. I then proceeded to upload my prescription which was for the biofinitys and I paid for the biofinitys only. I was charged for both the biofinity and biofinity energys and mailed both. They would not refund my money until I mailed the biofinity energys back and its been 8 days since I mailed them back and still no refund. I didnt even have a prescription for the energys nor did I authorize any payment for them.

I have been trying to get my contacts from them since June. It is not their fault the contacts are on backorder, but there has been 0 communication with me. I get TRASH emails daily, so I know they have my email address. I've called twice to get the status, and I get the runaround. They promised a $75 credit, but they can't give me a code to order; I have to call back in to put the order in with an agent. I have probably spent over 2 hours working on this over the past two months... KEEP YOUR $75. TERRIBLE!!!

They don't seem to realize that not everyone is based in the US. They can't process in other currencies (so their pricing is all in USD, even if they don't indicate that anywhere), they can't issue shipping labels to return their overpriced contacts in other countries, and they send you a refund for the freight charges you need to incur via a cheque in the slow-boat mail that is in USD, so you can't actually deposit it without opening a USD bank account. There are thousands of places to buy contacts that aren't at best ignorant and at worst a full on scam.

The pricing is not truthful, it keeps changing every time i click the page to make the order, no signs that you are charged in USD dollars (even after you log in and enter your postal code) unless you check your bank account. Buy from Perfectlense is cheaper.

Awfull. Awfull, incompotant customer service. It has taken me 5 days just to have the order placed correctly with a reassurance I'll recieve them 7/20. With out my contacts even verified how am I to recieve them tomorrow. Why do they need to be verified. A LADY TALKED TO THE OFFICE YESTERDAY. Here's a tip customer service, guess what, you need the freaking correct information on the faxed document!! First and last order. If there was a negative option, I would choose that.

Some lady named “Lucky” called me and told me that my eye prescription was expiring (which isn’t true because my prescription has been the same for years). I was confused and trying to ask for clarification, which she did not offer and then just rudely hung up on me. I don’t know what kind of a company tolerates such behavior, but considering the other reviews, best believe I’ll find other avenues of getting my contacts without the rude customer service.

Some idiot from 800 contacts actually had the nerve to send me an e-mail saying after the problems I had with this retailer that they felt that all of a sudden I was no longer wearing contact lenses. Very strange if you ask me. (I won't give the name of this idiot at this time).
