Customer service is outstanding
Customer service is outstanding! The 2 people I have spoken with were very friendly and enthusiastic and eager to help. Prices are great. Somehow my order got delivered to the wrong address--no problem! They expressed another order to me right away. I have used another contact company for years but I plan to stay with 1-800 Contacts now for sure!

It was a very pleasant experience
It was a very pleasant experience. I placed my order via phone as I was unsure of some things. The person who completed my order was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. My contacts arrived very quickly and the order was correct. It was much cheaper and less hassle than my provider’s office.
