They took my cc and put a hold on it. THEN proceeded to tell me that I'd chosen the wrong contacts. So I had to wait for a few days while my $400.00 was tied up. I'll never use this draconian service. What can they do to improve? Ensure the order is correct before taking people's money.

Gives you the option to manually input your prescription. But doesn’t honor it. Instead they say it needs to be verified. This negates the next day shipping you pay for and it isn’t refunded. So it’s an elaborate unscrupulous way to make more money.

This company is terrible. I ordered two boxes of contact lenses (90 day supply) which should have been $160. Instead they overcharged me for a year's supply at $800 (after a 20% off introductory offer) and told me it would take 3-10 business days to release the funds back to my card. In the meantime they still charged me the $160 to fulfill the correct order.

Wish I could give 0 stars. They will deny your glasses prescription even though they offer it as a service. The subcontracted Doctors are incentivized to only approve contacts. Then they have a sister company that approves for glasses. They’re scummy. Scambags the lot of em’.

Absolutely brutal……steer clear of these charlatans and go to an ophthalmologist for a proper evaluation. Don’t trust your vision to faceless, nameless imbeciles on an 800 line!!!

After receiving the wrong prescription from 1-800 Contacts they finally sent me the correct prescription but they found it appropriate to sanction me for their mistake and only sent me five sets not six... oh and if I don't take my time and my gas to go to the Post Office and ship them back the incorrect prescription that they sent me, they will also sanction me and charge me for them sending me the wrong prescription in the first place... , I think I'm going to send them all of this crap back they sent me five molested sets all unperated and Scattered in a box for their mistake so I'm being triple sanctioned because it took me twice as long to get my contacts and then they are sanctioning me for their mistake by only sending me five pairs not six because I opened up one of the pairs of the wrong prescription their mistake not mine and I have to take my time and my gas to drive to the post office and return their pair before they charge me for their mistake sending me the wrong contacts these guys are jackwagons!

Ordered contacts for my son, paid for overnight shipping asked them to verify prescription. Order placed early in the morning. Late the next day I check the status only to find out that the prescription was not even scheduled until two business days later. Do they only have one person doing the verification? Why pay for overnight if it takes 4 days just to verify? They didn't seem to care.

Still trying to get my order corrected after two months. They have screwed up my order twice and each time they have to verify my prescription with the optometrist unless I want to pay them $20 to do a phone prescription with their optometrist. What? So they have verified my prescription 3 times in two months. First order was wrong. Second order was never fulfilled. We'll see what happens now. I will never order from them again.
