I’m a repeat 1-800 Contacts customer, and honestly, they’ve ruined me for ordering contacts anywhere else. 😂 The first time I used them, I was desperate. She found a discount I qualified for, applied my insurance, and even expedited my shipping. I was honestly blown away. That kind of customer service is rare. They saved me money, saved me a trip to the eye doctor, fixed my mistake at 1:30 a.m., and somehow made ordering contacts the easiest part of my night. I’ve been a repeat customer ever since, and I genuinely don’t see myself ordering contacts anywhere else. 1-800 Contacts has officially spoiled me. 👏😂 And if someone from 1-800 Contacts happens to be reading this… I’m available for the commercial. 😂
