It took a long time to receive my order. They tried to deliver only one time. I eventually searched the tracking number and found out the package was at an ups store near me. It was not communicated to me clear at all.

I use to be able to get a good rebate on my contacts. Now it is financially better to get them from my doctor.

I didn't like how I was accused of taking advantage of trying to get contacts for a cheaper price when I've been a loyal customer ordering from the company I only asked if the company had any promotions going on and I was accused of everytime I try to order I'm always asking for a promotion or trying to get contacts at a cheaper price, I don't think that I would be ordering from the company anymore because the representative was rude and unprofessional.
