There was a mistake with my order, and I needed to get it handled as quickly as possible because I was almost out of my previous prescription. First of all, I was able to chat with a real customer service person rather than a bot -- much less frustrating and much more helpful. They emailed me a return label for the contacts I was returning and mailed me the correct ones fast fast fast! Amazing customer service - thank. you!

The reason they are the best they will assure you,if your contacts are not comfortable in your eyes, they will buy them back and you, can try another brand. Not only that. They will call you in a week to check and see if they are comfortable in your eyes...
