I would give them 0 star if that possible. Their customers service sucks. I call many time to tell them I never received my rebate money. I order with them many time because myself and daughter wear contact. They lied they said they never received my order form. This is the last time I will order from them.

Terrible customer service..they lie like crazy. Sitti g here looking at a shipping label without my apt number and they are telling me it’s there. They lied about how it happened afterwards, but eventually admitted they didn’t actually know how they handle shipping. Double charged too..terrible company and just dumb as rocks customer service.

The first ad that I saw for 1-800 contacts there was a Nigerian with white teeth who said come with me to the Glory that is one 800 Contacts... the Glory he was talking about the sperm in his mouth & the load of Spem in his Ass.

DO NOT USE THE APP!! IN A CASE OF EMERGENCY DO NOT DEPEND ON 1800 Contacts to care!!! GO TO WALMART INSTEAD!! While using the app to order my contacts it prompted me to upload a new prescription because the one on file was expired in which I uploaded my new prescription and followed the prompts to complete my order. The order was completed and for 3 days it kept saying “verifying prescription” I paid extra for express shipping 2-3 bus days so I figured ok it should be here by Wednesday-Thursday since I ordered over the weekend. On Tuesday I checked my order to see if the prescription showed verified and instead my order was completely cancelled!!! No one had contacted me, I did not receive a text alert letting me know there was even an issue with my order. I called customer service only to have them tell me that they didn’t see my new prescription upload so my order was canceled and I now had to wait for my refund in 7-10 business days or pay for my contacts again with more money that I do not have!! I’ve tried to contact corporate office and everyone has hung up or sent me to a voicemail!! I have a very strong prescription and I am not able to drive without my contacts and now I am unable to pick up my kids from school and do not know what else to do and No one from 1800 CONTACTS CAN CARELESS ABOUT THEIR MISTAKES or SYSTEM ERRORS BECAUSE ITS YOUR PROBLEM NOT THEIRS!! On top of of that I’ve been waiting on a call back from customer service that said she would call back in a couple minutes and now it’s been over an hour!!

With that in mind, I wanted to address some of your concerns. Since contact lenses are a regulated medical device, there are several steps we must take to ensure that an order is perfect. We do our best to provide accurate timeframes for when actions will be completed but due to things like verification or doctor's offices withholding information, those timeframes can become extended. In most instances, our customers are updated at each stage of their order. In your case, it does not sound like that communication was being received. I contacted customer service to inquire on how to leave a product review only to be told they do not have a way to leave reviews. However reviews are shown on more then one area of their website including the item I was wanting to review.

Very poor customer service. I got an email stating my prescription was running out, and to reorder more before it runs out. So I placed the order and received them. A week later I received an email stating a new order is being shipped as scheduled. I called them to cancel this order, and they said it was too late. So I got double charged, and will receive credit once I return an order. In the meantime I told them they were shipping to my old address, and they were able to change that on the shipment going out, but not stop it all together.

1800 Contacts sent me contacts that I did not ask for after continuing to send emails that incorrectly assumed that I needed more contacts. I don't wear contacts as often as I used to. AND, I had an appointment on 8/28/24 with the eye doctor because my vision is affected by diabetes. Had I been given the opportunity, I might have submitted the new prescription to 1800 contacts. Not anymore. Last Straw.
