The ordering was simple after I finally got my doctor to say that my precription was not outdated since it will be 1 1/2 years since my appointment. It was supposed to be 1-year. The only disappointment was that the ones you provided were not the same brand that I liked and I have a hard time getting them to stick in my eyes. I am really thinking about sending back the second box of each eye ordered and trading them for the brand I actually need.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We understand your frustration regarding the prescription update and the contact lens brand. We are here to help you explore options for exchanging the unsuited lenses. We would be happy to help you out with that!!! We value your feedback as it helps us improve and hope to hear from you soon, to get that exchange set up.

1-800 Contacts is awesome! I ran out of contacts and the Optician from my Optometrist office is currently out on a medical emergency so I contacted 1-800 contacts. I filled out the necessary info, uploaded my prescription from my Optometrist office and Voilà, my contacts appeared. Thanks 1-800 Contacts for being there for me in my time of need!
