I was thoroughly amazed at how good my experience was purchasing lenses from 1800contacts. I browsed through several forums to find where people shop for contacts online and most of them mentioned 1800contacts. I went on their website and saw the price match guarantee but you have to call them to get it, which seemed like a bummer. However, the customer service rep who answered my call was incredibly friendly and expedient with handling my order. Not only did they match the cheapest price I found on another online retailer, they also beat their price by 2%. I emailed them my prescription while I was chatting with her. My order arrived in less than a week. I generally hate having to call customer service but man, this CS rep truly knew how to fill in the time with good conversation while moving the transaction along smoothly. I will definitely order my contacts from them again.

I had a bad experience with another online contact vendor so 1800CONTACTS was my last resort. I was able to get my contacts shipped out the same day! The email contact was very helpful through the process of verifying my prescription. I would definitely trust company for emergency orders!

I hadn't received my contacts for a while after ordering them so I called the 1800 number and was immediately connected with someone. We discovered that I accidentally shipped my contacts to an old address at my college. I told the rep that I would just go pick them up on Saturday. It was tuesday at this point so the rep said that he would send a new box to the correct address by thursday so that I would have them a few days early. He said that I could just mail the other box back when I get them, and if there was any mistake and I couldn't get them or send them back I wouldn't be charged. I got the new contacts the next day! (on wednesday) and picked up the old box on Sat. I hadn't received the return label so I called the number again and someone immediately answered and I told them I would need a new shipping label. Again, through my own fault, I had the shipping label sent to the wrong email address and the rep corrected it immediately. He also said that they appreciated my honesty in sending them back so they gave me free shipping and 10% off my next order! BEST COMPANY EVER!!!!

I completely love 1-800 Contacts. Getting a phone call reminder that your Rx is expiring is wonderful. Especially for busy professionals who absolutely need their contacts but have zero time and effort to put into fetching them. I got the phone call and ordered online in under 1 minute. Delivered to my home or office in a few days. Convenient and exceptional service.

My experience with 1800contacts was amazing. I bought my CLs much cheaper than here in Chile and even cheaper than other websites. The first order didn't arrive but they take care and sent it again using faster shipping. The order arrived 4 days later to my place, here in Chile.
