I’ve had an amazing experience with them. They were cheaper than my optometrist, so I purchased a year’s worth. They shipped quickly with a tracking number. Said it arrived...and nothing. Next day rolls around and still nothing. I contacted customer service asking for advice and they kindly are shipping out a replacement for me. I thought I’d have to pay more. Extremely friendly service and fast. Thank you so much for everything!

For years great service and during this hard time of the virus my contact ripped on my last pair and Jennifer was amazing zing help and got us our delivery in ONE DAY !!!! Hi, I called their customer service number and received excellent service in English. I had a prescription from my eye doctor for a set of lenses that I did not want - 1800contacts rep actually contacted my doctor's office and was able to get the prescription corrected for me. I received my contacts Within 3 days of my order just as they said i would. I will be using them again in the future; thank you to all at 1800contacts!

My right lens had 2 holes come up out of nowhere, from the edge, like a half moon cut out. I was past the 1 yr mark on the exam, and my state is not an online state. I could have done a VPN for access, but decided to reach out for help. They are overnighting me emergency pair. Not overnighting, but 2-3 day air. All companies need to follow their business model of "We can" versus "We can't" Who is their CEO? He is doing a great job!

I have used 1-800Contacts for almost a decade. In the past whenever I had anything holding up an order they fixed it promptly and even gave incentives. Their customer service is the best I have ever come across in any industry. Nobody treats their customers more fair and respectfully. If you ever have a problem, the Live Chat feature is a godsend! You don’t even have to call. :) Saves a lot of time! They help you with everything you need and many times I’ve gotten my contacts that are said to take 5-7 business days in about 3. Almost always get them in less than the expected timeframe. Lenses are as ordered. If you are unhappy with the lenses in any way they will let you send them back free of cost and replace them. :) Your satisfaction with their products is their goal. Even to this day I just ordered a pair and the process is so quick it’s truly exceptional!

The customer service is exceptional with this company. I usually have issues with my optometrist approving my prescription in a timely manner, and 1-800 contacts comes through for me every single time. I don't believe that they should upgrade you every time there is an issue (not on them, but on my doctor and the popularity of my contacts); that's just bad for business! I'm all about them helping people out, but you need to make a profit somehow! Case in point: I talked to an agent on the live chat (love that feature) about a back ordered shipment and she was more than happy to expedite my shipping for free. There's absolutely no reason for that, I'm glad they offered, but I was just checking on my order. In no way do I think that I'm entitled to anything free just because my contacts are slightly delayed. That's not the company's fault, that's on Acuvue. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! If anyone has problems with them, I think communication is key. The live chat is there for a reason. Also, kindness goes a long way and it pays off. I've never had a problem with them!

Customer service is excellent. Slightly more expensive, but worth it. More companies should be this well run!
