Just made my first order. They made my account, gave me ten dollars off one day shipping and my contacts arrived SO fast. Great customer service. I am never going to stop buying from them.

This is my 2nd experience using 1-800-Contacts. I tried to use a few other online contact delivery services to make use of my eye insurance but both services crashed during my attempts to process an order. I came back to 1-800-contacts and within minutes my order was placed. No hassles. It is worth it to me to save time, rather than money on this transaction. My last experience with 1-800 I used chat and had all of my questions answered. Contacts were expedited and the minimal additional cost was well worth the quick delivery. Haven't EVER received customer service THIS GOOD. Call them... INSTANT PICKUP ONTO A HUMAN Able to answer all my questions fluidly and resolve my problems so easily. Very lenient on their policies, price matching is good to do here. The service was so fantastic I made a trustpilot account just for this website. If it's contacts you should buy, look no more.

Their customer service is impeccable. I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address and their online chat customer service helped me and expedited my contacts to the right address for free even though it was my fault. I was so scared I’d have to pay another $100 for contacts. Thank you!

My experience with 1-800 Contacts was nothing but positive, fast, and efficient. I did not have any issues with the shipping or rebate for the contacts. I did have a small issue with the prescription but whether it was my own mistake/doctor's verification etc., 1-800 Contacts representative Ciara fixed it right away. She was professional and went straight to the point on getting the issue resolved. We were on the phone for 3 minutes and it was great. I couldn't be happier with this company and will definitely use them again. It's my first time using this company for contacts and like most people, I usually go to Walmart or BJs but this service is definitely better. I'm not sure why there are bad reviews but don't let the bad reviews deter you from trying it, figure it out on your own. Thanks Ciara for being wonderful.
