I used 1-800 contacts for the first time recently and had a great experience! I had an eye exam on Friday and thought I’d try out an online contact delivery service for cheaper prices and convenience. I uploaded my prescription and didn’t realize my eye doctor recommended a certain brand of contacts for me. I ordered my contacts on Friday and the same day the messaged me to let me know the brand was different and asked if I would like to switch it to what the doctor recommended or if I wanted them to contact my eye doctor and confirm the other brand was okay. I chose to go with the brand my eye doctor recommended. They cancelled my first order and put in my new order. It was about a 3 dollar difference and they just charged me the difference (I still got the 20% off my first order deal too). I did the standard shipping and received my box today (Tuesday). It even came with a little contact case. I love it and it’s so affordable! Would definitely recommend.

I spoke with Jacque today about some defective lenses that I'd ordered years ago. He was awesome! Replacement lenses are on the way and the process was seamless. I will definitely be re-ordering from them again soon.

I entered the wrong prescription for one of my eyes. They helped me get the correct prescription verified by my doctor, sent the new lenses over night, didn’t charge me, and took the old lenses back. Great service.
