This is a great service. They price match and they offer a guarantee that if you damage a contact lens, or if you get a new prescription, they will replace damaged lenses and replace old lenses. I had 3 boxes of wrong prescription lenses and they replaced all of them! I am thoroughly impressed with their amazing service, fast delivery and quality of products.

I have been using 800-contacts for a couple of years now and they are very responsive and their prices are good. I have never had an issue with them … actually they make things so much easier when renewing my prescription with their online eye exam…. I don’t need to get an exam from my doctor each year just to maintain my prescription. I did try their aqua soft dailies contacts and they are very comfortable for the first 6 hours… but after that they dry out too easily. They don’t last as long as the name brands but for such a cheap price it was worth the try.

1800 Contacts has the best customer service I've ever experienced of any company, and I've had a lot of experience with customer service. They continue to leave that impression on me every time I interact with them.

I dont know what these 1 star reviews are talking about. I had an issue with my contacts and the first rep I talked to got me switched over to a new band and shipped me out new boxes free ASAP. Then when the new boxes came it turned out I'd made a mistake on my prescription putting a + for my power rather than a -. Sure I would have to order a new box for full price I got on the phone with a rep again to get it sorted and they got me fixed again free of charge. Their reps were nothing but kind and helpful and anyone who says otherwise from my experience is a mean-hearted person looking for trouble. They definitely will have my business again for the foreseeable future.

I ordered some contacts through 1800 contacts and also did an eye exam. I experienced an error message while doing the exam and was able to get help through the online chat line. Wow! They are amazing!! Kewana was the one assisting me and was so helpful! She quickly was able to resolve the error and expedited my order no cost to me! So thankful for the help and very impressed! They go above and beyond to take care of their customers and patients! Thank you 1800-Contacts! You guys rock!

I went online to reorder my contacts. Ive always gotten them through 1800 contacts, because that's who my optometrist ordered them from. I decided to shop around a little online first. I did and found my lenses cheaper on another site. 1800contacts has a price match guarantee that was so easy to use! They actually applied the discount and took my payment completing my order through a chat box!!! And I received my lenses ridiculously quick but didn't pay for express shipping. Today is Wed and I got them in the mail; I ordered them on Sunday. I was impressed with the entire experience.

I had my eye apt yesterday around noon. Called 1800 contacts around 1:30. The rep was super nice and professional. Received my order this morning! The people who wrote bad reviews had problems with THEIR pymt cards, not with the company! Read carefully and consider all issues. I have ordered from them 4 times now and after my eye dr telling me they would take 2 weeks to get my lenses "because of covid", i will definitely be ordering from 1800 contacts again!
