I've purchased my contacts from 1-800 Contacts for the last two years. I've never had a issue with them or my contacts. I am paying half the price that my Eye Dr charges. If you need contacts at an reasonable price then look no further.

I work in the contact lens department at an Eye Care practice. Each time I have to call into 1800Contacts and am connected with a rep, I am greated with professionalism and courtesy. There are times when I need assistance with verifying a contact lens prescription due to having multiple patients with the same name and the reps that I have talked to have all been awesome and helpful!

This was my first time having contacts and ordering them. So apparently I sent them the wrong prescription. I was given the wrong prescription at vision works. Trying to get my prescription from them was a nightmare. It’s took about a week. When I finally got my prescription to 1800 contact the lady on the phone told me she was going to have my contacts expedited no extra charge because of the inconvenience. It wasn’t even their fault. They went above and beyond for me. My contacts were delivered the next day.

I have never had anything but great experiences with 1-800-CONTACTS. They are always super friendly and the shipping is extremely quick. Anytime I have ever had any troubles, they take care of the issue with no hassles. Thanks so much!

I’ve been ordering from them for over a year and I never had an issue until the last box I got. I tried in four different lenses because they were all blurry even tho they were right out of the package (that’s a month of contacts down the drain). I emailed customer service and within 2 minutes I got a confirmation that they were sending me 4 new lenses for free and they came in that week. I am extremely happy with how they handled my situation with no problems and I will always be ordering from them!

I'm a little bit surprised by the negative reviews here because I just had an amazing experience with 1-800 Contacts as a first-time customer! I recently lost my eye insurance so I knew I'd be paying out of pocket, but somehow this site was offering my brand of contacts for a cheaper price than my old eye doctor? Plus 20% off my first order! Also, within a few hours of placing my order, a customer service rep contacted me to tell me they cancelled it because I had accidentally ordered regular lenses instead of ones for astigmatism. I was able to call and speak to someone right away about correcting this mistake and received my lenses within 4 days. The fact that they had someone look into my prescription to ensure it was correct before shipping is something I am really grateful for and I will absolutely recommend them to friends.

I chatted with Kylee regarding some outdated lenses I had. I explained that I had been on an auto-order each month and had built up a stockpile by the time my prescription changed. I asked if 1800 Contacts does refunds for contacts that are still sealed in their packaging, and was expecting a no, or an offer of a partial refund... I was pleasantly surprised when she said "Yes!" and asked if I'd like the funds back on my card, or as a credit for future orders. It was literally that easy! And she was SO friendly, on top of it! You guys are doing something right over at 1-800 Contacts. I'm so happy to do business with you guys!
