They have by far the best customer service and awesome return policies! I’ve never had an issue with my orders, they come on time, sometimes before the expected delivery date, are at a competitive price and have the easiest way to renew a prescription! 10/10

There is never a thought to even shop around with another company- 1-800-CONTACTS will forever be my go-to!! Their customer service and support is literally next level, and any unused contacts can be returned for your newest prescription strength. It’s always a win-win when buying from them. During Covid I wasn’t able to get an eye doctors appointment and thankfully I found 1-800 Contacts! I took their free, quick and easy eye exam that was sent to my doctor for rx approval. My contacts showed up at my door in a matter of days! I find this company so easy to work with and recommend 10/10 to all my LensFriends!
