I am constantly procrastinating when it comes to ordering contacts but these come so fast that I don't even notice when I order them late. I have never had a bad experience with them via chat online. I'm always confused about my insurance benefits bc my work is on an odd schedule with when they reset so I'm always getting in the chat for help. I've also used their online exam which was super easy and saved me a ton of time and travel to a Dr. Overall, I'm a happy customer.

Best contact lens company. Very easy to order, very easy to speak someone 24/7 and the reps are always nice and helpful. And I love that if there is an issue the assist in any way possible. They have so many brands and it’s honestly one of the most affordable ways to order contacts versus ordering at your eye doctor: just get your prescription and upload it online. Love it.
