There was an error with an order and a support person sent a delivery out overnight to the right address free of charge.

I love 1-800 Contacts, because they make filling my prescription SO easy and seamless. I can order my contacts while I am in another country, and by the time I get home, they are in my mailbox. A couple of times, the lens had laser holes in them, or the vial was empty and 1-800 Contacts replaced them FREE OF CHARGE!!! Also, when my prescription changed a few years back, they TOOK BACK the old prescription and credited me for the value of the remaining lens. You cannot go wrong -- EVER!

I have been a loyal customer for years and never experienced any issues.
