Honestly there’s no where else I’ll buy contacts. If there’s anything ever wrong they replace or exchange my contacts and my order is always the best price and shipped quickly.

The customer service representative named Alicia was wonderful she's out of Texas. 1800 Contacts should make this amazing lady head of the department. She knows all the right questions to ask and how to make you feel cared for. I had an issue with DAILIES AquaComfort Plus contacts that I has switched to because they were cheaper and what can I say "you get what you pay for". She helped me switch back to a much better brand called ACUVUE® OASYS® 1-Day

I have never had any issues. Getting contacts is extremely inconvenient for me so I really love this service. Also, the prices are comparable to what I have been used to, now its just more convenient.
