Terrible lying scum. There is an ad which jokes you don't need a prescription. They have my old out of date prescription in my account but would not fill my order because I'm in nj and haven't been to a dr for too long. I understand thus but their ad is a lie. It took a dozen texts and emails only to determine they won't honor their lying commercials. I certainly hope someone sues them for false advertising.

I have worn contact lenses all my life. Have ordered from 800 Contacts over the years, as well as other places. 800 Contacts lens quality has nose-dived in the last couple of years. Sometimes contact is great, same box will be cloudy, right out of the box. Sometimes has no corrective qualities at all. I have thrown away several contacts in the last year...it's horrible. Will never order from 800 Contacts again.

Staff is nice, Prices are terrible. They want $245 for a 6 month supply of contacts. I can get the same ones from my eye Dr. For $148

Customer service thinks they are certified doctors and have no clue how any prescription works.

I have always had a pretty easy time with this company over the years. When they first started they did not have much competition, and their rates were sky-high so I moved on. When I found out they price-matched I often preferred to use them because they usually had good customer service and some of the new companies did not. They can be super slow too and they will not tell you that your order will be a month late, but not that often. Not any more. Last month I paid for a box of contacts that I was going to send back, and it was very easy. Tonight, I tried to sign in and try to price match again, but I could not get into my account. I tried having a reset texted to me three times, and an email 2 times and it would not reset. It did not occur to me that something was wrong. I thought my computer was hacked. Sure enough, the first gal told me my account was locked and I said please unlock it so I can tell you how I paid for it and then I want to place an order. Reasonable right? She said no and then the call dropped. So I went to search out what payments I had made in case I made a mistake, and I called them, and again, no. Really? She was cold and rude. So I wasted 30 minutes trying to reset my password, another 15 talking to them and it is still not resolved. What a waste. Never again. I am ordering from another company. They have great prices but they are new to me. I will come back if they are good.

The absolute worst. There's an online test that they will tell you went through only you to call days later to find out it didn't. HUGE waste of time and money. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Customer service representative was sarcastic and condescending and with a matter of fact type attitude when I asked for a refund because of to many stipulations on policy once they got the payment they gave me 20 percent off but when they wanted more money for the contacts to get that twenty percent off they really didn't want to honor there promotion

Complete joke, and waste of time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! When you message them from chat it’s a robot response that gives a different response each time.
