You double ordered me. You sent an email to upload my Rx. When I clicked on the link to "take me to my order" it started a second duplicate order rather than just completing the original one.

My (R) contact is great but My vision is not ok in my (L) eye. Again my vision in my (L) eye is blurry.

They guaranteed no hidden fees. When I calculated the initial percentage off, it was $35 dollars off. Not sure what mathematical system is used I. There end. I caught it and had to call. Eventually corrected it, but again calculations were off as I was only refunded $30 as oppose to the actual amount of $35. 1-800 contacts still owes me $5 and they have not rectified this situation. I’m just waiting u guess. Is it worth the headache of $5. Will someone actually read this and reach out to me?

I've been buying all my lenses from 1-800-Contacts for years, decades, never had an issue, in fact I always gave FIVE stars, or whatever the highest rating is. Today I gave FOUR. My prescription changed drastically and now each eye is different. The new lenses are Biofinity Multifocals by Cooper Vision. I loved the original pair the eye doctor gave me to try out and immediately ordered more. But the packages were small, 4" x 2" and just 1/2" deep, the writing even tinier, I couldn't read it at all. A magnifying glass didn't help, so I didn't know which was left and which was right and had to go back to the eye doctor to find out. Every contact lens company should clearly identify which eye the lens is for. On my Cooper Vision boxes, L and R are printed on the side, but neither was checked. If the lens company doesn't identify which eye the box is for, shouldn't 1-800-Contacts check each package to make sure they ARE properly identified?

I loved my contacts, but the delivery wasn’t pleasant at all, first it says delivered when it wasn’t, I called and they offered to send me another pack, got a notification that they came home for delivery and took it back to the UPS because it needs a signature, I went to the UPS to receive them, they said it’s not delivered to them yet and I needed to check the next day, so I had to drive there the other day to get them, I was not happy with the delivery.
