People work for this company. Real people who can fix problems and actually provide customer service, which seems to be a low priority for companies these days (looking at you, big A). I have had all great experiences with them since 2018. My eye doctor recommended them to me over local businesses and large companies with “optical shops,” and I can see why. Competitive pricing and, saying it again, people work for this company.

One of the many reasons I love 1800 contacts is because they are reliable. Between quick shipping and great customer service, they never disappoint. Offering real customer service 24/7 - no bots - doesn’t come by often, which makes me appreciate them even more!

Too bad there aren’t 6 stars! I am so impressed with the customer service, the prices, that they refund opened and unopened boxes of your Rx changes,the option to order on line or call and speak to a person. I’ve done both and the representatives are so efficient friendly and helpful. I was a long time customer with Just Lenses, which was also a nice company but pales in comparison.

My experience with 1 800 contacts has been nothing but positive and exceptional!! First of all, their representatives are very attentive and knowledgeable of my needs. Secondly, they will not refill anything without a prescription, which is very good!!! You can also take their online exam which I plan on trying. It's $20.00! Don't pay any attention to negative reviews. I have been dealing with 1 800 contacts for many, many years and they're extremely efficient and friendly! Thank you 1-800-Contacts!

When another supplier kept me in the lurch for two months, 1-800 contacts sent out my lenses the same day. A human picked up the phone on the first ring. I once had a problem where they sent the wrong lenses and they immediately sent out the right ones and apologized profusely. These folks are the best.
