I order all of my contacts through 1-800 Contacts. I have even done their online eye exam! It’s easy and convenient. If any questions or anything arise, you can contact them in many way including via text message. I was able to order and ask questions while at my job, and they respond right away.

I have been using 1-800-contacts for about 5 years. I have never had an issue with this company. They have always given me the best prices. They will replace any broken contacts. I was down to 1 pair of contacts for each eye and my left one fell out. I contacted them and asked them if they could send me a replacement until I can afford to pay for a whole box. Not only did they send me one but they sent me 2 for each eye. The left one was torn and they still sent a replacement for that one as well. I have never had issues with this company. Every costumer service rep I spoke to either by phone or chat has always gone above and beyond.

Used a competitor and was nothing but drama and excuses and still had no contacts after 5 weeks. Ordered from 800 contacts and had them in 2 days. Super simple to order and got email and text notifications all the way through. Price was a little higher than I like but I’ll pay to get great service like this.

Haven't received them yet, but have had emails saying they've been shipped. I HATE ordering contacts because the prices are outrageous -- at all sites. This company's prices are competitive. I've given them 5 stars because their communications and customer services have been OFF THE CHARTS OUTSTANDING. I wanted to order 2 different types of contacts. The multi-focal work for me but they're really expensive, so I only want to wear them for "special occasions" when I don't want to wear glasses. I usually contacts for distance and add glasses over them when need to read. I managed to do this and I almost immediately rec'd an email saying good news, they could send them right away and should arrive faster than they'd said. YAY! I'd photo's my prescription and scanned it in. Didn't realize that my doc hadn't included the multi-focals in the scrip-- as he wanted me to see if I could wear them. So after ordering, 1-800-Contacts sent two personally written emails from their CS explaining the problem and said they'd called my eye doctor and tried to resolve it...then I got an email saying they'd cancelled my order. I called the doc, then called 1-800-Contacts and also sent an email stating everything I wanted to order and the situation. Their customer service (CS) was EXCEPTIONAL -- smart, polite, efficient. Everything was taken care of immediately, emails confirming it, emails saying they had been ordered and shipped and were on their way. I actually asked the CS rep if I could speak with their manager. Customer serivce is HARD. Dealing with the public is a pain in the a--. People are rude, hard to understand, don't nkow what they want, have difficult to understand accents, etc. IT's hard to find good ones. You need a good training program and good people to work with them and manage them.I congratulated their manager on the OUTSTANDING service I'd received from 3 or 4 different CS people. I don't know how CS is at other order-contacts-online companies -- this is the first time I haven't ordered from my doctor's office. BUT it may be worth paying a bit of a premium to order from 1-800 because WOW is their service GREAT. Follow uo: contacts arrived about 36 hrs after ordered. In a cute large-shoe-type box that said something fun like",even better than donuts!" So, glowing review above stands

My contact brand was backordered on all sites I tried. I tried Walgreens initially to order a supply. At the promised delivery date they advised of delay and were unclear on when they would be available. Calling them took several calls and 30 minute waits before getting a human to talk to. I ended up canceling my order, I just couldn't trust them and their service was terrible. I found just the opposite with 1800contacts. They also had the same supplier backorder issue but communication on this was timely and when I called them, a human answered each time with no wait. Both calls I made, the person took the time to do a little research on my order while on the phone and the information on what they were hearing from the manufacturer was honest and accurate. This source was $75 less for a 6 month supply than my optometrist office. I will be a return customer when the time comes.

First time online experience. Went well. Be careful that you dont have red eyes for exam. I failed first exam as they thought I had an infection. You get a free retake.

Just got off the phone with a woman in customer service named Victoria ! She was excellent!! This is amazing customer service, I get them every time so quickly and they help with anything you need without any questions ! I highly recommend this company!

The ordering process was so quick, all I had to do was send in my prescription and they were at my door less than 48 hours later ! I would recommend buying your contacts from 1800 contacts ! Great customer service , fast shipping, and great selection of contacts ! I don’t have one single complaint !
