I had recently placed an order and had some questions as I had seen some new information about getting an express eye exam and also being able to try different brands of Contact Lenses. The Customer Service rep was so friendly and answered everyone of my questions. By the end of the conversation, I had placed an order after doing my express eye exam, which was only $20 compared to what I was going to pay next month seeing my eye doctor which would’ve been over $200

I am a new customer to 1800 Contacts and just placed my first order last night (Monday) at 5pm. I paid for expedited shipping and kept my fingers crossed that someone would notice that & actually get my contacts to me by Wednesday, as promised. This morning (Tuesday)...less than 16 hours after I placed my order, they were at my front door. That means someone working at 5pm went out of their way to fill my order & get it in to UPS in time so it would go out last night when they were under no expectation to do so. Customer service like that is rare. I appreciate it and I want the person who filled my order to know that I appreciate them. Thank you!!

I recently had an experience with 1-800-CONTACTS that truly went above and beyond any customer service I’ve ever received. I called with a unique, somewhat complicated request, and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Nichelle Green. She was an absolute gem, handling my request with patience, care, and kindness, which in itself was impressive. But what really made this experience exceptional was how she took the time to listen to me during a difficult period. I have been going through a lot with my sick cat, and Nichelle spent 45 minutes on the phone with me—not only resolving my issue but also offering me comfort, encouragement, and hope. Her words were genuinely uplifting and brought a much-needed sense of calm. She even said I’d be in her prayers. It was such a refreshing, heartfelt interaction that I never expected in a customer service call. Nichelle handled my contact issue seamlessly, but her kindness and empathy are what left a lasting impact on me. She truly deserves recognition, and I sincerely hope her supervisors see this. This level of customer service deserves a raise, a promotion—anything that reflects how extraordinary she is at her job. Customer service was great with Colleen yesterday evening! Colleen provided answers to my questions and solved a problem for me immediately! Best of all I had a real live person answer the phone! She took care of everything without transferring my call!

Great company. I am saving some money. Also, customer service is great. I had some delivery issues and they handled it with no problems at no cost to me. Which was super nice (FYI, it was my fault).
