I was able to place an order on my contact lenses on the 1-800 Contacts website and it they were able to get my prescription verified by my eye doctor's office within a day! It's never happened that quickly. :-)

I did the online contact exam and they gave me a choice of contacts. I got them at my house in 3 business days all for $40! I am so happy I’m debating on buying the very expensive colored contacts. My eyes sooo satisfied. 👀

They have great customer service. Replaced my torn contact lenses 3-4 times with no questions asked. They're really easy to reach. I prefer to text or live chat with them. I've tried ordering from other websites, but they always have hidden fees. 1800 contacts is definitely the cheapest with the best exchange/return policy.

I'm not sure why all the negative reviews here on Trust Pilot, but I just bought from 1-800-Contacts for the first time after seeing some pretty bad reviews for other sites. From what I could see, for my particular lenses (Biofinity Toric), the best deal (from the least sketchy company) was here. I only wanted to purchase one box, and was able to get what I needed without any crazy fees. The package came several days earlier than expected, and so far my contacts fit great! They even gave me a 30% off coupon for purchasing glasses in the future if I want to. I will likely buy from them again.

Fast delivery. Zero issues. I had made a mistake. They caught my mistake and corrected it.

Fast service and contacts were great, much more affordable than going in person.

Ordering was incredibly easy. Then, I'm having them shipped to an alternate address where I'll be staying. Gave them the wrong address, but assured me not to worry, and are shipping them next day for me. This is where I'm buying my contacts going fwd. Great job team!
