The customer service is top-notch and the team is always witty and have a sense of humor. This makes the process really great. They are also very quick and I love their promise to replace damaged lenses...no questions asked.

I would just tell you one 800 contacts is by far and away the easiest company that I have ever dealt with and it is such a pleasure even before the phone rings that I'm talking to a human being. That is a rare thing today! I have never called and not been completely satisfied with the person I was talking to and the service that I received. If you're on the fence, get off and work with one 800 contacts. You won't be disappointed! John
