My experiences with 1-800-contacts has been superb. The website is fairly easy to maneuver. I only uploaded my prescription and they took care of the rest, I was especially happy to know they buy back unused contacts. Wow, what a deal. My prescription changed and I had quite a few lenses left. Again, they took care of it. Telephone service is amazing, with extremely nice snd efficient staff. No problems there. All in all I can’t think of any problems I have had with this company. I have bought my contact lenses from them for the past few years and I will continue to do so if service continues to be as excellent as it is.

At first, I was a little apprehensive of the site if it was trustworthy and would get me a good deal better or close to my eye dr.on my contacts. I gave it a try and I love it! Once I called and talked to an understandable and compassionate gal Lyndie and she got me set up with the necessary rx paperwork. She took the order and they arrived very quickly. I was impressed and will continue to order from 1800 contacts. Their system WORKS well and I receive a text just before I run out and it’s a simple click to reorder with quick and affordable shipping. I haven’t tried the glasses side yet but,am considering since my pair is older.
