I'm a long long time customer of 1800contacts and it's my one stop contact connection. We order our lenses and they come fast every time. The representatives are friendly and professional and they match any "REAL" price. The torn/ or unused guarantee is the best. I'm a happy, long term customer and you will be too.

The ease of 1-800 Contacts is great, and very convenient. However I have noticed the prices have gone up, and it appears you can only use your insurance once a year, unless I'm wrong on that. I still prefer them to going to an Optometrist. The cost and insurance is why I haven't reordered recently.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We strive to make the order process as simple as possible. One awesome thing that makes our company unique, is our Best Price Guarantee, to ensure you are getting the most competitive price, along with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We would love to help you out with that when you are ready to order and take a look at your insurance benefit as well! Thanks for your continued loyalty to our company and we look forward to serving you.
