-their customer service - Outstanding!!! shout out Amber!! -speed of delivery - verification and shipping were a breeze -price/overall value — 30% off for first time customer orders and free delivery; polices like easy exchanges if my prescription changes or updates -ease of use/navigation on the website i was moved by how customer/human focused they are and the overall omnichannel experience and offering provided by 1800 contacts after 10 years of wearing contacts, navigating dr’s offices and coordination on contact pick up, insurance and after trying awful glassesusa was with their AI chatbots and a slow verification team, 1-800 contacts blew my mind on speed, value, and how every part of the customer experience was DELIGHTFUL. give the SLT a raise. thank you! ps— i never write reviews but i was moved this contacts company of how good they are!!!

After getting contacts shipped from another company, using this company was like a breath of fresh air! The website is easy to use, my contacts have always been in stock, and the shipping is fast and reliable.
