This company hit my debit card before they even confirmed they couldn't give someone my age (68) contacts. Then the perfect prescription I uploaded wasn't good enough oh noooo....just because I (the patient) know the prescription is perfect because I have contacts and glasses with same prescription and they work great but nooooo...they kept looping my online info over and over....I finally said STOP Cancel this!!!! This company hit my debit card and the goat rope continues.
I'm a 68 yr old disabled widow living on a fixed income....Come on!!

They used to be good but they are terrible now. They just try to sell you a bunch of shit that you don’t need they will tell you that your contact lenses are going to arrive by a certain date but then all of a sudden that day comes and goes and they don’t know what happened and it’s just a bunch of drama with them I will never ever use them again if you wanna be frustrated, super annoyed and strong along with lies and bullshit go to them if not just go somewhere else because it’s not worth all the headache they suck !

They were more expensive than my local…
They were more expensive than my local optometrist. They offered a 30% discount per box so I thought what the heck ill give it a try. So the boxes went from 69.99 to 48 a box. Then the offer me a $20 rebate to order two more boxes. Bringing the total to $192 before the rebate. Add in the rebate the total became $172. A pop up arises and offers two day shipping for $9.99. Not a bad deal so I agree. Bringing total to $179 and some change. Hit pay and send in my script. I get text stating thank you for your order and included tracking option. I click on it. The price of the contacts were at $69.99. Shipping was set at $14.99. Some other items added in that were not disclosed in agreement of what I approved to be charged to my card. Total they charged me was $222.02. When you contact them they act as though “well sometimes customers are confused” bullshit. Here’s the deal. I chatted with an “ expert” to clarify all these prices BEFORE agreeing just so that I may know I was clear on all of it. Cancelled the order and of course now you wait 7-10 days for your refund. Would not recommend bitt idbyou do take photos of agreed pricing and pay attention to invoice

Terrible company!
Provided a prescription as requested. They still cancelled the order with no clarity on what exactly was inadequate about the prescription. The exact same prescription was accepted by another website with no issues.

False advertisement doesn't give rebates
Like many others I was promised a 30 dollar rebate for my purchase of 4 boxes of contacts and they straight up lied to me they say use mailform io then told me my information i sent wasn't accurate after I showed several screenshots including my receipt for mailform where I paid 3.22 to get it sent to them....false advertisement at its worst they told me all they could do is give me a 10 dollar credit that is definitely NOT the 30 dollar rebate they said I was going to get. Red flag do not do business with them I definitely won't be again after this. You have been warned !

I was promised a $75 gift card after my order would be sent to me. I never received it. I called in and I gotta run around. Therefore I would never order from someone who's dishonest like they are. Too many other.
Places to get contacts if you want an honest company.Do not deal with 1800 contacts.

Customer Complaint – Deceptive Pricing, Insurance Issues, and Poor Communication
I ordered contact lenses from this company by uploading my prescription and selecting two boxes for each eye. Their system automatically matched the prescription to the correct product—no manual input was required. I paid using my vision insurance, which covered the full cost.
Soon after, I received an email stating my order couldn’t be processed until I provided my prescription—despite already uploading it. I called customer service (no written record unfortunately) and was told my lenses needed to be "custom made," nearly doubling the price. This was never mentioned at checkout, even though the prescription had already been reviewed and pricing provided and paid.
As a result, I had no choice but to reduce the order to one box per eye. The new total came to $276.88. Even after that, I was told I had to pay an additional $24.28 out of pocket, as insurance only covered $250. My insurance provides $300, which had already paid for 4 boxes. I was also told I had received a “10% discount” of $9.69, but that figure is clearly not 10% of the total. When I contacted my insurance provider, they confirmed my benefit covers up to $300 for contact lenses and that they do not limit how much a vendor may discount.
I reluctantly agreed to continue with the order because insurance was already involved. But then I received another email stating that my order still couldn’t be processed without a prescription—again. When I contacted customer service, I was told to ignore it. Then I received another message saying it would take 6–8 weeks to fulfill my order when on the online invoice stated 7 days. More emails followed, again claiming they needed my prescription.
When I attempted to log into my account, I was told my email wasn’t recognized. I reached out via text, and they sent a password reset link, even though my login was correct. After reading other customer reviews on the Better Business Bureau, I found many people experienced similar login issues, indicating it wasn’t an isolated case.
When I finally accessed my invoice, I noticed a $6.99 shipping fee, even though their website clearly advertises free shipping. When I questioned this, I was told the $9.69 discount had been applied to cover shipping. However, that completely contradicted their earlier claim that it was a 10% discount on the order itself. If the discount was to offset shipping, what was the additional $2.70?
To make matters worse, they sent me a revised invoice—after the fact—showing two discounts: one for shipping and one for $2.70. This change only added to the confusion. Altering invoices after they’ve been issued is concerning and unprofessional.
Later, I was told I missed out on a $10 multi-box discount because I hadn’t ordered two or more boxes. This makes no sense because my original order was for four boxes and the amended order was two boxes. They then offered to send me the remaining two boxes for $239.28, which again seemed like an arbitrary figure based on previous inconsistencies.
I’ve reported this to my insurance provider, who is investigating the matter. I also reached out directly to John Graham, the CEO, in hopes that he’s unaware of how poorly customers are being treated, as is quite evident by the numerous negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau website.
Summary of issues:
Price nearly doubled after paying the order—due to "custom" lenses—without prior notice.
Repeated false claims that my prescription was missing.
Insurance was underutilized; only $250 applied from a $300 benefit.
Out-of-pocket charge added with misleading explanation of a “10% discount.”
Advertised free shipping not honored; invoice showed $6.99 fee.
Conflicting explanations about discounts.
Revised invoice sent after the original, showing changed amounts.
Account access denied without cause.
Customer support was inconsistent and frequently contradictory.
I advise anyone using this company to communicate only through text or email to maintain a written record. I will continue pursuing this issue through my insurance and placed a cloplaint with the BBB as to this company’s confusing, and at times misleading, business practices.
