I am very pleased with my OptiVue contacts that I ordered from 1-800-Contacts. They made the process so easy and kept me informed all of the way through delivery. They didn't take my VSP insurance but their invoice makes it so easy to submit on my own. Most important part, the great price! I looked at everyone and 1-800-Contacts had the best. The one drawback that I wish they would extend to returning loyal customers....the 30% off is only for new customers only. Hey, I'm sticking with you, shouldn't I get that offer too??!!

Thank you so much for the kind review! We are so happy to hear that all has gone well with your order, and it was a smooth process. That's great! Oh, and we love the competitive pricing too. :) Love the feedback provided, and we are always looking into different loyalty programs for our long-time customers, and I'll certainly share this with our team. Thank you!!

The customer service is impeccable! First time I ordered my Dr. had my prescription incorrect and 1-800 contacts got it corrected same day. Second time, I had trouble ordering and got everything taken care of via chat! 10/10 recommend , my only contacts destination.
