I have had EXCELLENT service from 1-800-Contacts. Each agent I have had the pleasure to work with has been informative, professional, friendly and helpful. Every order is delivered promptly, and usually much sooner than promised. Once, I mistakenly ordered the wrong contact and they helped me resolve that issue without question and very quickly. The fact that you can return even open boxes if your prescription changes is wonderful. Don’t forget to ask them about checking competitors’ prices, which they’ll happily do to ensure your best pricing. Wonderful company and representatives to work with.

My first time ordering contact lenses from here and I have to say I am 💯 satisfied. Not only they were efficient with getting my and mommy daughters prescription verified by our doc, they were super fast with shipping. I actually called right away with one of my contact having a little tear, and they immediately shipped me a new one with no cost. I am a fan now.

Extremely responsive … processed order within 8 hours, correcting a mistake in the order (my fault) before it became an issue, found insurance benefit I didn’t know about. Delivered on time. Best customer service experience I have had with any business in recent memory.
