I have relied on 1-800-Contacts for many years for fast and reliable service. The wonderful thing about this company is their policy of trading in your remaining contacts when you get a new prescription. They are helpful and provide excellent customer service.

I absolutely love shopping for and ordering my son's contacts at 1-800contacts!! I have never had anything but positive experiences and excellent customer service. I love communicating through their chat link. It is convenient and super efficient. I also love that they offer an exchange program for unused contacts, even partially used orders. With kids, prescriptions can change frequently and this option helps to not waste unused contacts and help out the wallet!! Delivery is also very fast! Thank you 1-800contacts for being consistently pleasant to do business with!!
