Fabulous experience! This was my first time ordering contact lenses online and 1-800-contacts could not have made it any easier. The website is easy to navigate and communication with the 1-800 team is clear, timely and professional. Price was much better than ordering through my eye doctor. My order arrived so quickly, too, and the lenses are perfect. Based on this initial experience, I expect to be a customer for a long time.

So easy to order my contacts online. It is also much cheaper. Vision Works told me I had to buy 3 months worth at a time. I don't wear my contacts every day so I only wanted a 1 month supply. My insurance also covered that entire month!

1-800-Contacts goes far and beyond for their customer. I had one contact that had a nic on the outside. I contacted them via text and no questions or arguments they replaced it with two. Great company. I will continue to order from them.

They are so kind, actually a person returned my call!! That rarely happens these days. Also, ordered contacts with my eye Dr. Same exact time, received my contacts promptly as they told me, today is 3-16-26, still haven't gotten them from eye Dr. That puzzles me. Thank goodness for this company!!
