Always get my contacts quickly without any delay. I recently had my script renewed and uploaded it. I didnt realize there was a difference in my eye glass script and contact script. I uploaded the wrong one and a super nice lady called me and explained. So grateful for the call, rather than canceling my order she helped me understand the difference and placed my order on hold. My eyeglass place tried to talk me into ordering contacts through them, but they couldn't guarantee the delivery timeliness as 1800 contacts. Needless to say I got the correct script for my contacts and uploaded it. Had them in 3 days, not even ordering Xpress. I will always order from 1800 contacts !
