I have been a customer for years. The reasons I remain a customer, even though at times I find better prices elsewhere, is because cause of the fast shipping, easy ordering and reliable service. Which for me is very important as I wear dailies. I usually get my contacts in 2 days (your experience may vary due to how far you are from their warehouse) and I have never had a complaint. Will continue to buy from 1-800-contacts.

Had 30% coupon on top of a sale price. MUCH CHEAPER than I could find anywhere else. The contacts came in just a couple of days with their free shipping, did not pay for expedited delivery. Same exact contacts as the samples my doc gave me. Ordering on the site was easy, self explanatory, and they validated the Rx from my doc quickly. Great overall experience...

Got exactly what I needed quicker than expected. Pricing was comparable to local eye place as well, but with the coupon for first order I was able to save.
