Tried the aquasoft lenses..they are really affecting my eyes. Always leaking and dry still. Do not recommend

Contacts were poor quality

I've been a loyal customer for 15+ years. I went to order recently and was told my prescription expired - no problem, called my doctor and made an appointment for 3 days later. 1800 sent me 2 emails "reminding" me to get a new prescription and stating they could not refill without it. I had no problem with them not refilling as this has been their process for many years. Much to my surprise, I received a charge to my credit card stating they had shipped my order. I had not called them with the new prescription as it had changed and my doctor gave me a trial pair. I contacted 1800 and was told by a manager that the "new policy" was if the client or doctor's office had not called within a couple of days after my request they would auto fill and charge my card on file! My prescription changed I had to return the wrong contacts and wait for a reimbursement. Knowing this is their "new" policy, I will not longer be ordering through 1800.

Ive ordered from this company for years. I got a bad batch making my eyes blurry. I asked for a replacement. I normally order several boxes at a time. They would not replace the one box since I ordered it past the required 90 days. I'll order from a different company now.

NOT RELIABLE. I’m extremely frustrated with this company’s service. I’ve been ordering my contacts from them for the past couple of years, and it keeps getting worse. While customer service is polite, that’s about the only positive. Do not expect to receive your contacts on time. I’ve had multiple instances where I placed recurring orders six months in advance, yet I still don’t receive them unless I call myself. There are no follow-up calls, no updates, and no accountability. I’ve been waiting day after day for my contacts and keep being told, “It’s been shipped,” with no real resolution. Planning ahead clearly makes no difference. Very disappointing and unreliable service.

i've been waiting 3 weeks no sign of contacts

My daughter was down to her last pair of contacts and her bday was 2 days away. I ordered contacts and immediately messaged to make sure there would be no issue with delivery being on time or anything being out of stock. I could have changed the plan if there was an issue. They assured me they were in stock and would be on time. There are no driving or whether conditions in our area that would cause an issue. All day yesterday tracking told us they were out for delivery. They never came. I spent hours texting 800 contacts and UPS trying to go pick them up myself. I asked 800 contacts if I could pick up a new box (I’d pay again) at their distribution center in our metroplex. I couldn’t do that either. Delivery today said between 11-1:45. Again we got a message there was a delivery issue. Due to my daughter, having a very high prescription and having to wear super thick glasses, she did not want to go out of public without her contacts. I expressed this when I ordered. We’ve had to twice change her birthday plans for today and now cancel them completely because for the second day in a row, we have no contacts. despite me explaining the urgency and asking to pick up a box from their distribution center, very close to us, they refunded the overnight fee and that was it. The rest is our problem. Having been a customer for close to a decade, I’m ready to change providers. we’ve also had issues several times were her contact order has been held to verify her prescription despite them having the prescription because we did it through their online service. I’ve had to spend time at work calling and messaging trying to get that resolved multiple timesand now this.

I had to return my contacts. I never opened the box. I mailed them in and I have never seen a confirmation on my money back.
