As always the assistant was friendly and made the order process easy and smooth. I had contacts left from my last perscription and they sent me a shipping label to return the remaining unopened boxes.

Entire experience from start to finish was quick, easy, and very reasonably priced. I ordered contacts and glasses. Shipping was fast and customer service was fantastic. You actually get a human when you call their number. I will order all of my vision supplies from 1800 Contacts going forward.
