Completely bad experience with this company....day before l booked and paid for battery remplace was scheduled for next day from 8am to 10 am the range time for the technician arrive to remplace the battery...surprise not body show up ,l called someone just explained the situation and he said let me figure out and l will call you in 40 minutes ,pass that time l called again then came the worst one unprofessional guy responded and l explained what happened and he said you want cancel or you want wait that moment already was 1pm ......how is posible exist companies with this poor service......unfurtunality l can't recommended this company.

Horrible experience not reliable over charged and no communication do not recommend

I placed an order. No one brought/installed the battery and have not received a call or text message when they would be here to do the work. I don’t even know if it is ever coming.

Ordered car battery yesterday. Still not delivered. I'm never using this service again. No updates. Nothing. Waiting all day yesterday and today.

I bought a battery on Saturday and 3 days later my truck cut off in the middle of the road just died. I had to have it towed for $240 to my mechanic who told me my the battery was bad. The battery you sold me and then you wouldn't honor the warranty when he contacted you. Unless I paid more money and waited for your people to come and test it. I need my truck. I can't wait! You should have honored the warranty you ripped me off for approximately $600 between the tow truck and the battery I bought from you which was supposed to be on the warranty which was supposed to be brand new

St Louis Area, service never came and I finally reached out when they were over 2 hours late. Took them over an hour to get back to me to tell me the persons car was broken down. So at this time I was finally able to get to the autoparts store and I had the new battery in my car in an hour. I would not recommend for battery service.

Service not provided

I received the wrong battery. called the day it was installed and told they would replace the battery with the one I payed for and that I would receive a call back. I never got a call back. made several calls to them only to get a run around. finally I received an email stating my "claim was under review"and I would hear from them in 1 to 2 business days. That was a week ago.
