At first after reading the reviews I was apprehensive but the entire experience was extremely good for me. I was able to finance the battery and install through Affirm which went smoothly. My appointment was confirm and Terry came out actually right on time actually a few minutes early checked the car to make sure the battery needed replacing and immediately put the new one in. Afterwards we checked it about 4 times let it sit a bit then kept trying to ensure no issues. I am very pleased with the service I got today and I am sorry others didn't get the service I got but I would definitely do this again

The tech had all the right equipment for replacing my dead battery. Took the old battery away for disposal. What a great service!

Wow! Exceeded expectations. Arrived if SWFla to find my battery DEAD. (As usual) So instead of getting an uber back and forth to get a battery and change it out, AND then drive the old battery back; I called 1-800-battery. Jeff Walker was the tech. What a guy. All fixed in less than 2hrs from booking online. He also took the old one away for me! Easy button.
