I received a message that my battery was on the way and I contacted the person who was bringing it to my location. I let him know I could meet him at the parking lot gate in a few minutes. I let him inside the parking lot and took him to my vehicle. He went right to work and had my battery installed in just a short amount of time. I was very pleased with the service.
